Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse staff, ensuring efficient workflow and task completion.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy in receiving, stocking, and shipping processes.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures and company policies to maintain a secure working environment.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse team members to foster professional growth and performance.
• Optimize warehouse layout and operations for maximum efficiency and space utilization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues to minimize disruptions and delays.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to manage remote teams effectively and drive performance.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS ) and relevant software.
