Warehouse Team Leader — 4-on/4-off, 12h Shifts

Refresco is seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader for the Bridgwater site to lead a dedicated Supply team, ensuring safe, accurate and on-plan loading, storage, rotation and receipt of finished goods, raw materials, packaging and pallet stocks. You’ll drive improvements, manage audits and develop your team in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
