About the Role

Our client requires a motivated Warehouse Team Leader to guide and support a team of operatives within their busy distribution facility in Reading . This role involves overseeing the day-to-day activities of a specific shift, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently, accurately, and safely. You will be responsible for motivating your team, managing workload distribution, and contributing to the overall productivity and success of the warehouse. The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience and a strong understanding of warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of warehouse operatives, providing clear direction and support.
• Oversee the smooth execution of daily warehouse tasks, including picking, packing, and dispatch.
