About the Role

You will be responsible for motivating your team, monitoring performance, and maintaining high operational standards. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide a team of warehouse operatives, providing clear instructions and support.
• Monitor daily workflow, ensuring targets for picking, packing, and dispatch are met accurately and on time.
• Ensure that all team members adhere to health and safety regulations and company procedures.
• Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and discrepancy reporting.
• Provide training and coaching to new and existing team members.
• Address and resolve day-to-day operational issues within your team, escalating when necessary.

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment, with some supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and dispatch processes.
• Ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
• Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Understanding of health and safety guidelines in a warehouse setting.
