Warehouse Team Leader

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, guide, and motivate a team of warehouse operatives to achieve daily targets.
• Oversee the efficient flow of goods, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Ensure all warehouse activities are conducted in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching to enhance productivity.
• Assist with inventory management and conduct regular stock checks.
• Report operational issues to management and contribute to problem-solving efforts.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Warehouse Team Leader or Supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics processes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
