Warehouse Team Manager – Southampton Depot (Permanent Lates)

What we offer

• Competitive salary up to £730 per week (£38,000 per annum)

• Permanent, full-time contract with flexible late shifts (6pm–2:30am Mon–Thurs, 4pm–12:45am Fri)

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a team of 30-38 warehouse operatives to meet KPIs

• Manage accurate inbound and outbound goods handling

• Maintain Health & Safety compliance across all shifts

• Support and deputise for the Warehouse Operations Manager as needed

• Drive continuous improvements in warehouse layout and processes

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience managing teams in FMCG or logistics environments, preferably on late shifts

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Hands-on approach with attention to detail

• Flexible and adaptable to shift patterns
