Waste Contracts Lead — Procurement & Compliance

Lancashire County Council is seeking a Waste Procurement Officer (WPO) to ensure waste disposal, recovery, recycling and composting contracts remain in place. The role requires meticulous contract drafting and evaluation, working to deadlines, and strong knowledge of public sector procurement procedures. Based at the Environmental Education Centre, Leyland, 37 hours per week.

The post is permanent, full-time, with a Grade 8 (Technical) and UK work eligibility required. Not visa-sponsored.
