Job Description
We are inviting applications for an experienced and client-focused Wealth Relationship Manager to join their growing Wealth Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of high-net-worth (HNW) clients by delivering tailored wealth management solutions, investment guidance, and exceptional client service.
This role requires a strong understanding of financial markets, wealth planning, and relationship management, combined with the ability to build long-term client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients. Understand clients' financial objectives, risk appetite, and investment preferences. Provide personalized wealth management strategies and financial solutions. Conduct regular client reviews and portfolio discussions to ensure ongoing suitability.Business Development
Acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and professional relationships. Identify opportunities to increase assets under management and expand existing client relationships. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.Investment Advisory & Wealth Planning
Provide clients with investment recommendations aligned with their financial goals. Work closely with internal investment and product teams to deliver suitable wealth solutions. Monitor market developments and communicate relevant insights to clients. Support clients with retirement planning, estate planning, wealth preservation, and succession planning strategies.Skills & Experience
Essential
Proven experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Financial Advisory, or Relationship Management. Strong knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and wealth planning solutions. Demonstrated success in managing and growing client portfolios. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills. Strong commercial awareness and business development capabilities. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders. High level of professionalism, integrity, and client focus.Preferred
Relevant professional qualifications such as CISI, CFA, CFP, or equivalent. Experience working with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. Knowledge of UK financial regulations and compliance requirements.Key Competencies
