About the Role
Our client is seeking a skilled and versatile Web Content Writer to contribute to their digital content strategy in Reading . You will be responsible for crafting engaging, informative, and SEO-friendly content for various web platforms, including website pages, blog posts, and marketing materials. Key Responsibilities
- Write clear, concise, and compelling copy for website pages, landing pages, and product descriptions.
- Develop engaging blog posts, articles, and other editorial content that aligns with the company's content strategy.
- Optimize web content for search engines (SEO) by incorporating relevant keywords and adhering to best practices.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, grammar, and adherence to brand voice and style guidelines.
- Collaborate with designers and marketing specialists to create visually appealing and effective content.
- Research industry trends and topics to generate fresh content ideas.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Web Content Writer , Copywriter, or similar role.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong portfolio of published work.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices for web content.
- Experience using Content Management Systems (CMS), such as WordPress, is a plus.
- Ability to research diverse topics and present information clearly and engagingly.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple writing assignments simultaneously.
