£60,000 - £82,000 + 30% bonus + excellent benefits
Hybrid - Home-based with 2 days per month in London or Warwick

We're looking for a Web Development Manager/Development Lead to take ownership of a key web platform and lead a small, talented development team.

This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who has come from a strong development background but is now looking to combine technical expertise with team leadership, strategy and stakeholder management.

The role

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of around 3-5 developers
• Own and drive the Drupal/CMS web platform
• Provide technical direction and strategic leadership
• Manage external consultants and third-party suppliers
• Stay hands-on with development when required
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement across the website and development function

About you

• Strong development background with proven Drupal/CMS experience
• Experience leading or managing a development team
• Comfortable balancing hands-on technical work with leadership and strategy
• Strong stakeholder and supplier management skills
• Able to provide technical direction while remaining pragmatic and delivery-focused
