Weekday Adult SEN Learning Support - Calm, Impactful Role

Randstad Education is recruiting an Adult SEN Learning Support Assistant near Cranleigh, Surrey. You will support autistic adults as they gain independence, build practical life skills, and thrive within the community in a modern day service.

This role follows a stable Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm pattern, with driving to the Cranleigh area essential. You will work in a supportive setting designed to develop confidence and autonomy for adults 18 and above.
