Job Description
We are recruiting for an experienced Fabricator Welder for an established company in Droitwich.
As a Fabricator/Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and MIG welding heavy-gauge steel (up to 20mm) to a high standard. You will work from detailed engineering drawings and specifications to ensure all products are manufactured to the highest quality standards.
The successful candidate will have experience using 1.2mm welding wire when working on large, heavy equipment. Experience with plasma cutting, oxy-acetylene cutting and manual press brake operations would be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
Fabricate and MIG weld heavy-gauge steel components Interpret and work from detailed engineering drawings Manufacture products in line with company specifications and quality standards Maintain a safe and organised working environment Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Experience
Minimum 4 years experience as a Welder/Fabricator (essential) Minimum 2 years experience working with commercial vehicles (desired)

Working Hours 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm Day shifts only No weekend working Overtime available
