Job Description
Role: Welder / Fabricator / Fitter
We’re recruiting on behalf of several well established engineering companies across the Sheffield & Chesterfield. As a key member of the fabrication and production team, you’ll contribute to the manufacture of bespoke components and play an important role in delivering high-quality, specialist engineering projects.
Package:
* Hours: Days only, with the option of a 4-day working week (Friday off & long weekend) with selected clients
* Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 + overtime paid at enhanced rates
* Contract: Full-time, permanent

Key Responsibilities
* Carry out high-quality welding and fabrication across a range of materials
* Safely operate hand and power tools for fabrication tasks
* Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
* Fabricate and assemble components to ensure precision and accuracy
* Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow all health & safety guidelines
Ideal Candidate
* Proven experience in welding and fabrication and/or mechanical fitting
* Confident using hand and power tools
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
* Reliable, motivated, and committed to producing high-quality work
