MiG, TIG Welder Pay: £18.20 rising to £18.79 per hour (£36,156 per annum) Location: Barton Under Needwood Contract: 6 months +

Are you an experienced Welder looking for a long-term opportunity with excellent earning potential and specialist training provided?

We are currently recruiting for skilled welders to join a growing team, location is in Barton Under Needwood. This role offers the opportunity to work on rail industry components, carrying out high-quality welding and repair work on rail components.

The Role

You will be responsible for carrying out:

MiG, TIG and stick welding (Vertical and Overhead positions) Butt & Fillet Welding (Vertical and Overhead positions) Welding and repair of rail components Working to engineering drawings and quality standards Adhering to all site health and safety requirements

What's on Offer?

£18.20 for the first 12 weeks, rising to £18.79 per hour Equivalent annual salary of £36,156 Long-term career opportunity with a stable workload Air-fed welding masks provided once started Opportunity to develop skills within a specialist engineering environment

Applicants should have:

Previous welding and fabrication experience Experience welding in vertical and overhead positions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work safely and effectively within a team environment Own flame-retardant overalls Own welding boots PPE Provided Air-fed welding masks provided by the company.
