Night Shift Welder
Location:Swadlincote
Salary: £17.00 per hour
Hours: 44 hours per week
Shift: Monday–Thursday, 18:00–05:00
We are looking for an experienced Welder to join a busy and growing manufacturing operation based in Swadlincote.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their workmanship and is passionate about producing high-quality products. You will be working as part of a dedicated team manufacturing secure and innovative fencing solutions for a wide range of customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out welding and fabrication work to a high standard.
* Manufacture fencing products in line with specifications.
* Ensure all work meets required quality standards.
* Inspect finished work and identify any issues.
* Maintain a safe, clean and organised working environment.
* Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
* Contribute to a positive working environment and excellent customer service.
The Ideal Candidate
You will ideally have:
* Previous welding experience.
* Good attention to detail.
* A genuine passion for quality craftsmanship.
* A reliable and hardworking approach.
