Welding Hub Lead — Production & Performance (Devonport)

Babcock is seeking a Production Hub Manager at its Devonport Royal Dockyard site in Plymouth, Devon. The role leads the welding hub, coordinating resources across submarine projects to meet critical production schedules while driving improvements in productivity, safety and quality.

You will chair planning sessions with stakeholders, develop workforce capability, and shape a new operational model to deliver national security outcomes.
