Welfare Benefits Trainee to Qualified Adviser

Citizens Advice North Somerset is hiring a Trainee Welfare Benefits Caseworker to develop into a qualified adviser, helping clients access the benefits they’re entitled to through advice, casework and appeals support.

The role involves completing Welfare Benefits Caseworker training and, within three months, actively advising and assisting clients while managing a caseload and contributing to an efficient service that assesses eligibility, maximises income and supports review and appeal
