Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Welsh Teacher to join our supportive Welsh department at a welcoming school in Newbridge, Caerphilly. Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering engaging Welsh lessons that motivate pupils across all key stages.
• Planning and preparing high-quality, stimulating curriculum content aligned with school standards.
• Supporting pupils’ language development and fostering a love for Welsh language and culture.
• Contributing to the school’s professional learning programme and collaborative team environment.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• A teaching qualification (e.g., QTS or equivalent).
• Experience teaching Welsh in a secondary school setting.
• A passion for the Welsh language and culture, with the ability to inspire pupils.
• Mandatory compliance with an Enhanced DBS Check and relevant safeguarding training.
