Wheelchair Services Admin & Customer Support

Equals One Ltd is recruiting a Customer Service Administrator in Sheffield to support the Customer Service Team and wheelchair service. The role is full-time, 8am–5pm, Monday to Friday, based at Sheffield S9 1DT.

DBS check required due to handling confidential service user information. You will input data, maintain records for wheelchairs, raise job cards, and arrange visits with engineers while delivering high-quality customer service to users and agencies.
