Job Description
We at Northbuild Recruitment are currently looking for experienced Drainage Groundworks Operatives to join our growing team on a range of civil engineering and residential New Build projects in Whitehaven, Cumbria..
The Role:
You will be responsible for carrying out drainage and groundwork operations safely and efficiently, working as part of an experienced site team.
Key Responsibilities
* Laying pipes, manholes, chambers, and associated infrastructure.
* Trenching, excavation, and backfilling works.
* Reading and working from site drawings and levels.
* Operating alongside plant and ensuring safe working practices.
* Maintaining high standards of health and safety on site.
Requirements
* Proven experience in drainage and groundwork.
* Ability to work from drawings and site plans.
* Valid CSCS Card (essential).
* CPCS or NPORS plant tickets are advantageous
