Job Description
Service Care Solutions is working in partnership with a well-established law firm, based in Shrewsbury , that is looking to appoint an experienced Wills and Probate Solicitor to join its Private Client team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor with 3 or more years' PQE in Private Client law who is looking for a varied caseload, increased responsibility and the opportunity to supervise and support a paralegal.
Role: Wills and Probate Solicitor. Location: Shrewsbury – Hybrid Working. Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 DOE.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload of Wills, Probate and wider Private Client matters from instruction through to completion.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Supervising and supporting a paralegal.
- Contributing to the continued development of the Private Client team.
Key Requirements
- Be a qualified solicitor with 3 or more years' PQE in Private Client law.
- Have experience or an interest in supervising junior members of staff.
- Be commercially aware, organised and able to work independently.
- Be willing to travel to the Abergavenny office occasionally.
