Wine Director - Premier Fine Dining Thai, Central London

Chaiyo Restaurants, in partnership with JKS Restaurants, is seeking a Wine Manager to lead an extraordinary new Thai fine dining concept in Central London. You will manage the wine program, liaise with suppliers, and train the team to deliver exceptional wine service with a guest-centric approach.

The role requires prior Wine Manager or Head Sommelier experience in a quality restaurant, fluent English, and a passion for hospitality.
