Wine Retail Trainee Manager: Fast-Track to Store Leadership

Majestic Wine Wirral is seeking a dynamic Trainee Manager to join our team on a 12-month development programme. You will gain comprehensive exposure to operations, service standards and leadership as you progress toward becoming a Store Manager.

You will drive store performance, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and lead tastings while developing product knowledge and WSET qualifications. A full UK driving licence is essential and travel to surrounding stores may be required.
