Winter Gritting Operative – Outdoors & Driving Role

Mitie Landscapes is recruiting a Gritting Operative to support winter services at our Eastleigh sites. You will grit assigned locations, drive a gritting-equipped van, and load rock salt for distribution, ensuring safe and timely completion of duties.

We require a full UK driving licence and a willingness to work outdoors in a flexible, agile environment. A smartphone is helpful for site updates and communication with the team.
