Winter Highway Maintenance Operative – HGV/LGV C

Powys County Council is seeking an HGSS Operative (L1) based at Llangammarch Wells to undertake skilled highway maintenance, operate large goods vehicles and use related tools and equipment for the highways, transport and recycling service.

You will take part in out-of-hours service including winter maintenance, such as pre-salting, ploughing and patrols on county and trunk roads, often in extreme weather conditions.
