About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Design and plan the deployment of 5G wireless networks , including site selection, antenna placement, and transmission planning.
- Configure, install, and commission 5G base stations and related network elements.
- Optimize wireless network performance, troubleshoot RF issues, and ensure high availability and quality of service.
- Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies for new wireless deployments and upgrades.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including field technicians and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in 5G technology, LTE, and other wireless communication standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in wireless network engineering, with a strong focus on 5G and LTE technologies.
- In-depth knowledge of RF principles, propagation models, and antenna theory.
- Experience with wireless network planning and optimization tools.
- Familiarity with cloud-native network functions (CNFs) and virtualized network functions (VNFs) for 5G.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex technical data.
