About the Role

Our client is looking for a skilled Wireless Network Specialist to join their dynamic team based in Liverpool . You will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust wireless network solutions that support our client's diverse operations. Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and deploy wireless networks, including Wi-Fi, cellular, and other wireless communication systems.
• Monitor wireless network performance, conduct site surveys, and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement and manage wireless security protocols and measures to protect network integrity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex wireless network issues, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
• Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to integrate wireless solutions with existing network infrastructure.
• Stay current with emerging wireless technologies and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Wireless Network Specialist or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of Wi-Fi standards (802.11ac/ax), wireless security protocols (WPA2/3), and RF principles.
• Experience with wireless network management systems and troubleshooting tools.
• Familiarity with cellular technologies (4G/5G) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Relevant certifications such as CWNA, CCNA Wireless are highly desirable.
