The Role As a Wok Line Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes to the highest standard while maintaining speed, quality and consistency during service. Your Responsibilities Prepare and cook dishes using traditional wok techniques Deliver exceptional food quality and presentation every service Maintain high food safety and hygiene standards Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service Help with stock rotation, preparation and organisation Keep your section clean, organised and service ready Support colleagues and contribute to a positive kitchen culture What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who brings more than just cooking skills.
