Here we focus on providing application expertise to support specific areas of a project.As a Workday Finance Lead, your role will involve:Engaging in both advisory and delivery projects, from helping clients with their transformation strategies, to supporting the full lifecycle of Workday delivery projectsMap business requirements to Workday configurations across GL, Supplier Accounts, Customer Accounts, Banking, and ExpensesWorking with our clients to develop their overall solution architecture and end-to-end processes, to be supported by Workday technologyLead executive-level workshops, challenge requirements, and translate business objectives into pragmatic Workday designsHaving a clear understanding of the firm's commitment to creating a more inclusive cultureConnect to your skills and professional experience You have a passion for understanding the pain points facing a business and shaping the solution to deliver maximum benefits. You can take complex issues and explain them for a diverse audience.Essentials:Experience in ERP, EPM and cloud computing (including storage, platforms and data)Relevant work experience in Finance technology or related fieldFinance transformation experience with WorkdayTranslate business requirements into specific system, application or process designs covering both functional and non-functional aspectsDemonstrate a good understanding of Workday transactional data flows, but also to provide knowledge, insight and support for data migration activitiesExperience designing / implementing ERP systemsIdeally, Workday Finance, FDM and Engagement Manager CertifiedPossess good problem solving and analytical skillsBe able to plan and deliver the scope and deliverables of the teamManage stakeholders using clear communications and be able to form strong client relationshipsDemonstrate a clear understanding of risk in relation to ERP delivery projectsWork effectively within an inclusive team and actively support the development of individuals and teams, both formally and informallyExperience of at least two end to end Workday implementationsDesirables:At least one active Workday Finance Certification (R2R, P2P, or Accounting Centre).
