Workforce Development Lead, Primary Care Training Hub

NHS England Surrey & Sussex Training Hub is seeking a Locality Workforce Development Lead to drive operational delivery of primary care workforce training and education across the health system.

The role works within a matrix to connect Kent, Surrey & Sussex, the South East and nationally, shaping local strategies, embedding recruitment, development and retention plans that align with national policy and ICS needs. 40% of the time is office-based.
