Workplace Experience Lead: Guest & Events Champion

CBRE is recruiting a Workplace Experience Service Lead to join the team in London. You will lead reception, admin, events and mailroom, setting clear KPIs and service standards while coaching and developing the Experience team to deliver premium, consistent workplace experiences for employees and visitors.

You will own the end-to-end guest journey and coordinate events, AV, catering, and room setups, ensuring seamless delivery and strong client relationships.
