Workplace Health & Benefits Director

Isio is seeking a Workplace Health & Wellbeing Director to lead and scale the WH&W team within its fast-growing Employee Benefits business in the UK. The role focuses on building consulting and broking capabilities, driving revenue growth, and delivering holistic wellbeing solutions for mid-market and corporate clients.

The successful candidate will collaborate across Isio’s EB and WH&W teams, design scalable delivery processes, and guide a high-performing team to achieve Isio’s 2030 vision.
