Workplace Operations & Performance Lead
We are seeking an experienced Workplace Operations & Performance Lead to join a growing workplace and facilities function.
This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a strong background in Workplace Operations or Facilities Management , with experience across hard and soft FM services , combined with strong capability in MI, reporting, data analysis and performance management .
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting operational performance, producing high quality management information and using data and insight to identify risks, trends and opportunities for improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery and performance management of hard and soft FM services across the workplace environment.
- Produce accurate and insightful MI, management reports, dashboards, scorecards and KPI reporting .
- Analyse, validate and reconcile data from multiple operational and system sources.
- Identify trends, risks and opportunities and translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Monitor service performance, KPIs, SLAs and operational outcomes.
- Coordinate workplace moves, churn, space changes and associated operational activity .
- Maintain governance records, action logs and performance reporting.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, FM teams and service providers to ensure actions and improvements are delivered.
- Support and optimise workplace technology and systems, including CAFM, IWMS, ServiceNow and related platforms.
- Contribute to continuous improvement across workplace processes, reporting and systems.
Experience & Skills
We are looking for candidates with:
- Proven experience within Workplace Operations and/or Facilities Management .
- Strong practical understanding of both hard and soft FM services .
- Strong MI, reporting and data analysis experience.
- Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, validation, and reporting.
- Experience developing and maintaining management information, dashboards and performance scorecards .
- Experience working with CAFM, IWMS, ServiceNow or similar workplace management systems .
- Experience coordinating workplace moves, churn or space planning activity .
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
- Experience working within governance, performance management, and process-driven environments.
Desirable
- Business-user level experience with Power BI .
- Experience supporting process improvement or workplace system enhancements.
- Knowledge of desk booking, occupancy or workplace utilisation systems .
