Job Description
Experteer Overview As the Senior Workplace Leader for EMEA & MENA, you own on-site operations, capital projects, and vendor performance across Scale's regional offices. You partner with country leads, Finance, Legal, People, and Physical Security to ensure safe, compliant, and engaging workplaces that scale with growth. You drive end-to-end build-outs, lease management, and budget planning, and act as the regional escalation point for issues. This role shapes regional space strategy and enforces Scale's workplace standards in diverse markets. Pay / Benefits
- Run on-site operations across the region, owning facilities, life safety, and workplace experience. Manage the regional vendor base; select, onboard, and hold local FM, security, food & beverage, and AV vendors accountable. Deliver spaces through capital projects end-to-end including design, contractors, budget, schedule, and handover. Track leases, renewals, landlord obligations, and service contract expiries; surface critical dates early for action. Serve as the regional escalation point and partner with country leads and local stakeholders to resolve issues. Collaborate with country and functional leadership on compliance and security requirements in each market. Own regional budget and planning; forecast space needs against headcount and align with global workplace standards. Bring Scale's global workplace standards into new markets and ensure cross-functional alignment. Tasks 6+ years in workplace operations, corporate real estate, or facilities management with multi-site ownership. Hands-on project delivery experience in the UK and ideally the Middle East; understanding Gulf vs Europe landlord, fit-out, permitting, and vendor dynamics. Real vendor and commercial management depth, including scoping/negotiating services contracts and enforcing SLAs. Ability to operate without a playbook, making senior-most recommendations on space, spend, and sequencing. Prior experience at a high-growth technology company scaling internationally. Additional regional language capability and/or hands-on GCC experience. Key requirements
