Job Description
Our client, a reputable franchised dealer in South Belfast, is seeking an experienced Workshop Controller to join their well-established aftersales team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Workshop Controller or a senior technician/leader aiming to advance their career within a dynamic, professional environment. The successful individual will be responsible for managing workshop operations, ensuring high standards of work and customer satisfaction, and motivating the technician team.

Oversee the daily workflow of the workshop, allocating jobs efficiently Monitor technician performance and ensure timely job completion Liaise with the service reception team to manage bookings and customer updates Ensure adherence to warranty and invoicing procedures Deliver excellent customer service, handling any workshop-related issues promptly Support, coach, and mentor the technician team to ensure high standards of work Maintain quality control and workshop productivity Keep customers informed during the repair processRequirements of a Workshop Controller:
Previous experience as a Workshop Controller or Senior/Lead Technician Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage workflow effectively Confident in evaluating technician performance and motivating teams Knowledge of warranty procedures and service processes Excellent communication skills Ability to work efficiently under pressure Full UK driving licenceThis Workshop Controller role offers a competitive salary package, excellent career development prospects, and the chance to work within a leading dealership group.
