Overview
Job Title: Workshop Engineer
Location: Swanley, Kent
Salary: £30,000 - £37,000 (40 hours) or £37,000 - £42,500 (45 hours) + overtime
Shift: Monday to Friday – Days Shift
This is a workshop-based role, carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs on a wide range of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic equipment for forklift trucks (FLTs), mobile plant and material handling equipment.
Responsibilities
- Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems in a workshop environment.
Requirements
- Hands-on engineering experience in a workshop or industrial engineering environment (non-negotiable).
- Maintenance experience of Forklift Trucks or Mobile Plant Machinery or HGVs or industrial vehicles (essential).
- Hands-on experience in Electrical, Mechanical and Hydraulics.
- Recognised Engineering Qualification.
Desirable
- Engineering qualification of minimum Level 3.
