£30,000 - £35,000 basic salary + Uncapped Overtime + Benefits

Fixed Term 12 Month - Potential to go permanent

Your Role as a Workshop Engineer:

• Workshop based in Tewkesbury.
• Joining an existing, established team.
• Conducting routine maintenance and in‑depth repairs on systems returned from the field.
• Fault finding on electrical and battery‑operated floor cleaning machinery. Product training provided but you need a multiskilled understanding.
• Typically working 08:00 - 16:30 Mon - Thu, 08:00 - 15:30 Fri.

Ideal Background for the Workshop Engineer Position:

• Able to fault find using a multimeter.
• Electrical bias with a mechanical appreciation.
• Can‑do attitude and willingness to learn and train.
• Physically fit and able as role involves manual handling of large pieces of kit.
• A team player.
• Hold a full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK as no sponsorship is provided.
• Able and willing to commute daily to Tewkesbury.

• An established company with over 35 years of industry experience.
• Known for their friendly customer service and advice covering a range of manufacturers.
• Specialised in new, used, and hire equipment; electrical and battery operated.
• Joining a team of 9 existing engineers.

The Package for the Workshop Engineer:

• £30,000 - £35,000 basic salary depending on experience.
• 25% Overtime (uncapped).
• 12 month initial contract, looking likely to go permanent after 12 months.
• Pension.
• Uniform.
• PPE.
• Tools.
• 28 days holiday including statutory bank holidays.
