West Bromwich - £40,000 - £50,000 + Benefits
NEOS Engineering are recruiting for an experienced Workshop Manager to join a leading hydraulics attachment business in West Bromwich. This is an excellent opportunity for a Workshop Manager, Service Supervisor, Engineering Supervisor or Senior Plant Fitter looking to lead a busy workshop and develop a team of skilled engineers.
The Role
- Manage a busy engineering workshop
- Lead and support a team of workshop engineers
- Plan workloads and maximise productivity
- Oversee servicing, maintenance and repairs
- Maintain H&S and workshop standards
- Liaise with parts and service teams
About You
- Previous experience as a Workshop Manager, Service Manager, Service Supervisor or Engineering Supervisor
- Background in heavy plant, construction equipment, plant hire, material handling, powered access, agricultural or industrial machinery
- Strong mechanical and hydraulic knowledge
- Excellent leadership and organisational skills
