Pay Rate: £12.75 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 17:00
Contract: Temporary to Permanent

The Best Connection is currently recruiting for a Workshop Operative to join a well-established company based in Sheerness . This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys practical work and is looking to secure a permanent position with a growing business.

We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who can start immediately and become a valued member of the team.

• Assisting with day-to-day workshop operations
• Using hand and power tools
• Preparing and handling materials for production
• Supporting skilled engineers and workshop staff
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment
• Loading, unloading, and moving materials around the workshop
• Carrying out general workshop and labouring duties as required

What we\'re looking for:

• Previous workshop, manufacturing, production, warehouse, or labouring experience is beneficial
• Good practical skills and attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and punctual

Transport Requirements:

Due to the 07:00 start time , candidates will ideally have their own transport . Applicants living within walking or cycling distance of the site will also be considered.
