Hours: Mon–Fri, 08:30–16:30 (37.5 hrs/wk) + Overtime available

The Role We are looking for a reliable, practical team player to join our workshop. You’ll be assembling plastic modular conveyor belting to customer specs, checking finished quality, and helping keep production moving smoothly.

What You’ll Do

Measure, cut, and assemble plastic modular belting using hand tools and specialist kit.

*

Inspect finished belts against job sheets for exact accuracy.

*

Pack and prep orders for courier dispatch or customer collection.

*

Keep the workshop organized and assist with incoming stock.

What We’re Looking For

Hands-on skills: Comfortable using basic hand tools and measuring equipment accurately.

*

Eye for detail: Focused on getting precise dimensions right every time.

*

Reliability: Punctual, hard-working, and happy working independently or in a small team.

*

Physical capability: Comfortable standing, lifting, and doing manual assembly throughout the day.

*

(Bonus: Background in production, assembly, or mechanical work—though not required!)
