Workshop Production Supervisor: Lead Teams & On-Time Builds

Mercury Hampton Ltd in Droitwich is seeking a Workshop Supervisor to oversee production operations, ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and on schedule. You will coordinate workloads, manage builds from start to finish and liaise with supply chains to ensure materials are available.

The ideal candidate has prior experience supervising production teams, strong project and schedule management, and a proactive approach to health & safety and quality requirements.
