Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct a team of automotive technicians, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.

Requirements

• Significant experience as an Automotive Technician , with proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong technical knowledge of vehicle mechanics, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in managing workshop operations and staff.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of health and safety .
• A full UK driving licence is essential.
