Workshop Supervisor (Day Shift)(Commercial Vehicle Worksop) We currently have a vacancy for a Workshop Supervisor to join our busy Widnes Depot.

Shift Patten - Monday to Thursday 06:00am to 16:30pm Basic Salary = £46,000 to £48,838 + Bonus & Overtime (Opportunity to earn well into the 50's)

Workshop Supervisor Role People Management

• Supervising technicians, apprentices, and workshop staff.
• Allocating work based on skill level and priorities.
• Monitoring attendance, timekeeping, and performance.
• Conducting toolbox talks and one-to-one meetings.
• Supporting training and development. Workshop Operations
• Planning daily workflow and scheduling repairs.
• Ensuring work is completed on time and to manufacturer or company standards.
• Managing workshop capacity and resource allocation.
• Liaising with service advisors, parts departments, and fleet customers.
• Monitoring work-in-progress and removing bottlenecks.

Requirements

The core skills and qualifications required for a the Workshop Supervisor are:

• Appropriate technical qualifications.
• Time Served Tech or NVQ C&G Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Repairs
• MOT preparation experience
• Supervisory Experience in a Commercial Vehicle Worksop
