We're looking for a professional and organised Workspace Services Administrator / Receptionist to support the Workspace Services team. This role combines front-of-house reception duties with administrative support, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Provide a welcoming and professional reception service for staff, visitors, clients, and suppliers. Manage visitor sign-in processes and meeting room bookings. Carry out general administrative duties, including filing, document preparation, and record management. Raise and track maintenance requests through CAFM systems. Process purchase orders and invoices through the helpdesk system. Maintain supplier records and operational documentation. Monitor and replenish workplace stock and supplies. Organise meetings, take minutes, and follow up on actions. Support colleagues and provide team cover when required. Follow health & safety procedures and company policies.What We're Looking For

Previous experience in reception, facilities, or office administration. Strong Microsoft Office and general IT skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Well organised with strong attention to detail. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Professional, proactive, and approachable manner.
