Wound Care Nurse, Tissue Viability Specialist

Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Band 5 Registered Nurse to join the Tissue Viability and Wound Clinic Service. You will assess, plan, deliver and evaluate wound care for patients with acute and chronic wounds across Medway.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, ensure evidence-based care, maintain records, and support education and development. The role requires flexibility as clinics run 7 days a week and driving may be required.
