Aspire People are currently recruiting for a qualified and confident Year 3 Teacher to join a primary school in Selly Oak on an ongoing basis.

The successful candidate will have QTS and be confident leading and managing a whole class, with a strong understanding of positive behaviour management and classroom routines.

Previous Year 3 teaching experience is desirable, although strong primary teaching experience will also be considered.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Previous primary teaching experience
• Year 3 experience desirable
• Strong whole-class behaviour management skills
• The ability to create a positive, engaging learning environment
• Excellent classroom organisation and communication skills
• A confident, consistent and nurturing approach
• The ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons
• A proactive and adaptable attitude
