Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver creative, engaging, and differentiated lessons for Year 4 pupils across the primary curriculum.
• Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback to pupils and parents.
• Create a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes learning and mutual respect.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively, fostering a positive attitude towards learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues, including support staff and subject leaders, to enhance the learning experience.
• Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching within the primary Key Stage 2 phase.
• A strong understanding of the national curriculum and effective assessment strategies.
• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire young learners.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• Passion for teaching and fostering a love of learning in children.
