Role: Full-Time, Experienced Class Teacher (Year 6)
A thriving and ambitious primary school in Chatham is seeking a passionate, driven and experienced Year 6 Teacher to join their team from January 2027 . We are looking for someone who is deeply committed to giving pupils the education, guidance and inspiration they deserve during this crucial stage of their learning journey.
About the Role
- Full-time teaching position starting January 2027
- Leading a hardworking and enthusiastic Year 6 class
- Planning and delivering high-quality lessons that challenge, motivate and support all learners
- Preparing pupils for SATs while maintaining a balanced, engaging and enriching curriculum
- Working collaboratively with colleagues, leadership and support staff
- Building positive relationships with pupils and families to support progress and wellbeing
About You
- A qualified, experienced primary teacher (Year 6 or upper KS2 experience highly desirable)
- Passionate about raising standards and securing strong outcomes
- Skilled in planning purposeful and inclusive learning experiences
- Able to inspire confidence, independence and a love of learning
- Strong behaviour management and high expectations for all pupils
- Committed to teamwork, professional development and the wider school community
