Young Carers Coordinator: Empowering Kids & Families

Imago Community is seeking a Children & Young People Coordinator- Young Carers to support Young Carers aged 5-18 across Canterbury, Thanet, Sevenoaks and Tunbridge Wells. This full-time role (37.5 hours) requires a car and delivers respite activities, early interventions and statutory assessments across families and schools.

You will manage an existing caseload, accept new referrals and work with social care and children's services to improve resilience, educational outcomes and wellbeing.
