Young People Project Worker

A part-time (19hrs) Project Worker in a Supported Accommodation Scheme in Abergavenny. You will be required to work on a rolling rota which includes sleep-in shifts (£62.64 sleep-in allowance).

This is a Project Worker role based in our Supported Accommodation Scheme, Woodstock House, Abergavenny. We have a team of Lead Project Workers, Project Workers and Accommodation Coordinator providing 24/7 Support to our diverse group of customers.

Working in a team you will provide support to young people experiencing homelessness, alongside complex needs such as alcohol/substance misuse, mental health and offending behaviour. With the aim to provide a housing solution, which involves offering housing related support to assist the service users to gain independence & move into their own tenancy.
